Sealstrip Corporation has been in the business of supplying easy-open and resealable packaging features to manufacturers of refrigerated and frozen foods for over 25 years. Almost every year, Sealstrip introduces an innovative new system to keep products fresh and contained in their original package. Sealstrip’s applicators employ pressure-sensitive tapes in a variety of ways to create the easy open or resealable package. Retrofittable to flexible film wrappers like flowrappers or VFFS wrappers, Sealstrip applicators add a convenience feature to almost any flexible package.

Sealstrip’s sasy open features include Teartape, Shrinktape®, Peelwrap™, and OpenEasy™. The resealable line includes Sealstrip®, FreshPak™, and Peel&Seal® (see photo). See www.sealstrip.com. The applicators are all engineered with a custom mounting to the wrapper and use a minimal amount of floor space. Addressing sustainability concerns, most of the applicators require no electric or only 110v, single phase. A minimal amount of air is required for most applicators at start up, with no consumption. There is no water or oil required.
