Sealstrip Applicators
The Sealstrip® Applicator is a self-contained system that interfaces with your current wrapper, automatically converting the packaging film at your line speed. The converter forms the tamper evident, easy open, resealable feature in the direction of film flow, creating a package that opens and reseals from end seal to end seal.
The Sealstrip applicator has proven efficiency on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) lines. Operationally it is easiest to run, because it does not depend on heat to apply, resulting in consistent quality packages at 10 ppm or 200 ppm.

Full Automation
Autoflow for Form-Fill-Seal/flow-wrap equipment, Sealstrip provides a self-contained applicator that retrofits to the wrapper and converts the film between the film unwind and the forming area. There is no reduction in line speed and no change in wrapper design. Sealstrip can be retrofitted to new or existing wrappers.
Semi-Automated
For customers using preformed bags, Sealstrip can provide equipment to the bag maker for incorporating the Sealstrip feature into the preformed, wicketed bag. The Sealstrip is added at the top/centerfolded end of the film with a perforation for easy opening. The bottom/wicketed end of the bag remains open for filling.
