Sales - Full Time


  • National Accounts
  • Deep and broad product knowledge:
    • Flexible packaging equipment (baggers, wrappers, etc)
    • Consumer brands and packaged goods
  • Track record of successful selling, with broad network, to consumer brands, primarily in food 
  • Leverage CPG contacts and network to develop prospects and close sales
  • Develop extensive Sealstrip product knowledge, both equipment and materials, to provide a consultative prospect/customer experience
  • Engage technical and commercial support within the organization to improve customer experience
  • Support customers post sale through install and any ongoing issues of quality or supply
  • Attend trade shows and work in the booth when Sealstrip exhibits (1-3/year)
  • Potential for remote work
  • 20% travel
  • Reports to the president
  • Compensation will be base + commission
