Roll&Seal

Roll&Seal is an in-line, pressure-sensitive reseal tape solution that applies a short length of reseal tape in the ideal location of a package -- typically toward the top for easy consumer access, and out of the way of the seals. The intermittent tape application alleviates the concern of seal issues on the packaging line, while still providing a cost-effective, retrofit reseal solution that runs at line speeds.

To use, the consumer opens the bag, pours or reaches in, removes the reseal tape, rolls bag, and uses the tape to seal the rolled bag closed to preserve freshness. Upon the next usage, they pull up the tape, reach in or pour, and roll the bag again, resealing.

This solution is ideal for large format pillow packs or bag-in-box packages where a consumer needs the flexibility of being able to fully remove the reseal tape without any additional headache handling a box or heavier bag in the process. After rolling the flexible bag down, the consumer simply replaces the tape over the roll and the bag stays sealed!

Roll&Seal Applicators

The Roll&Seal applicator is a PLC‑controlled, easy‑retrofit system that installs in the film unwind area of existing bag‑in‑box packaging lines. It applies short, intermittent lengths of reseal tape in‑line at production speeds, without requiring changes to forming, filling, or sealing stations. The applicator places the tape consistently near the top of the bag and away from primary seal areas, supporting reliable operation while minimizing material usage and line disruption.

Roll&Seal Materials

The Roll&Seal reseal material is a pressure‑sensitive reseal tape applied directly to the inner cereal bag. It is designed for repeated removal and reapplication, allowing the bag to be rolled down and reclosed throughout the product’s use cycle.  Roll&Seal is FDA compliant, compatible with a wide variety of film structures, and long length rolls provide extended run times.
