Sealstrip Honored Tenth Year in a Row as One of PA’s Best Places to Work!

Gilberstsville, Pa - 2019 marks the tenth year in a row that Sealstrip Corporation has made Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work list. The evening of November 21st, the official rankings were announced at the honorees’ dinner in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Sealstrip is proud to announce a placement of 37th!

Looking back through the decade, being one of “the best” always meant more than an award to Sealstrip. It meant doing better. Management spends dedicated time each year reviewing anonymous Best Places to Work survey reports in order to create action plans to improve the company environment in the coming year. “It’s more than an honor to be one of the best,” states Sealstrip president Heather Chandler, “It’s a benchmark upon which we choose to improve each year.”

Management’s focus on employee satisfaction stems from the company value system.
